With our unique assembly pliers, LEGROM VARIO SYSTEM® parts can be easily assembled or disassembled and the hoses can be extended or shortened as required.

The extremely high strength of the joints ensures that the LEGROM VARIO SYSTEM® remains directionally stable even in the event of pressure surges and machine vibrations.

We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 and guarantee the high standard of the LEGROM VARIO SYSTEMS®.

All LEGROM VARIO SYSTEM® parts are manufactured in our own injection molding facility from high-quality POM. This material stands for excellent strength and flexural rigidity, as well as good spring properties and low creep tendency. We use PBT for acid-resistant and fire-resistant parts (V-0 according to UL 94).

Pressure resistant in the low pressure range for liquid and gaseous media up to 6 bar, but also in the high pressure range up to 15 bar thanks to our liner, which has a special inner tube.

Maximum continuous use temperature 80°C and high chemical resistance. Excellent for lubricants, hydraulic fluids, coolants, fuels, esters, alcohol, ethers and ketones. The parts are non-conductive and therefore ideal for EDM machines.

Our standard version is available in green and yellow or black and yellow. Other colors on request.
